STUDENT VISA

The Admission and Scholarships Administration Office together with the Registrar’s Office processes the Student Visa of Foreign students at the Bureau of Immigration.

All foreign applicants ( both freshmen and transferees) must send a Letter of Intent to the University, via mail or email to the Admissions and Scholarships Administration Office (ASAO). As soon as the Letter of Intent is responded to by the ASAO with instructions to proceed, the foreign students should: (1) request a representative to get the requirements from the Admissions and Scholarships Administration Office; or (2) download the form from the University of St. La Salle website (www.usls.edu.ph).

An annual “foreign/nonresident fee” will be collected upon enrolment from accepted foreign students who qualify for admission. Exemptions from paying the annual foreign/non-resident fees may be given to: a) Missionaries and religious workers; b) Special exchange students; and c) Dependents of retirees who were given investor’s visa by the Philippine government.

If accepted, the foreign student must process his/her student visa with the assistance of Admissions and Scholarships Administration Office through the Bureau of Immigration.
