English for Global Communications awarded 55 Pukyong National University students for the completion of the program during the Recognition Rites at MM Audi A, Feb. 23.

During the opening remarks, EGC Consultant Annabelle Chavez inspired each student that as they go back to their country, they would still look back to the Philippines with gratitude and pride because they have developed not only their English communications skills but also grown their understanding of the Philippine culture.

General Director of Pukyong University Kim Dong-Ah hoped also for students to keep on studying and do their best all the time.

Korean students were given a chance to share their experiences and learnings on the three-week study in USLS.

Kim Jun Su shared, “We were happy, we are happy and we will be happy.”

“You’ve got to find what you love to do,” he added.

Another student Cho Heung Kyu said of what he learned from her teacher, “There are 3Ls to be happy- LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE.”

“You are a driver in creating your future” Emy Martir, EGC instructor,  said in her response.

EGC Coordinator Leizel Del Sol closed the rites through reminding the students to be always humble.
