A series of BLT Yearend Partners’ Meetings were held from March 30-April 8 in University of St. La Salle.
The BLT feeding coordinators and secretaries of the 83 implementing schools of the Busog, Lusog, Talino School Feeding Program attended the partners’ meeting to finalize their yearend report cards.
The teachers, facilitated by the Institute for Negros Development, discussed the challenges encountered for this BLT year, their plans for better program implementation for the next year.
Each participant received a token for their contribution to the program.
The same agenda were also discussed during the separate meetings attended by other partner schools conducted by IND with the Rotary Club of Bacolod South on March 20, and then a partners’ meeting with Calatrava and Toboso schools on March 23.
A total of 122 public elementary schools implemented BLT for this school year.
USLS-IND will work on the overall accomplishment of this year’s BLT implementation and will soon report to partners in the government and various stakeholders.
