De La Salle Philippines in partnership with Security Bank Foundation Inc. inaugurated 3 six-classroom, two storey school buildings in Negros Occidental, June 10.
The ceremonial ribbon cutting was headed by President and Chancellor Br. Manuel Pajarillo, Vice Chancellor for Mission and Development Hector Gloria, De La Salle Philippines Advancement Unit Head Maria Victoria Mercado, Security Bank executives and city officials.
The three buildings were blessed by University Chaplain Fr. Ronald Quijano.
These classrooms will be a tool “to touch hearts, teach minds, and transform lives” said Quijano.
Antonio L. Jayme Elementary School, Emiliano Lizares National High School and Silay South Elementary School were the three schools that were inaugurated.
