An Integrated School staff proved that despite her schedules at school, she could still make time for running.

Mylene Pura, bagged the gold medal, women’s division in the 3rd Antique 100-mile and 50-mile Endurance Run Ultra Marathon, on Sep. 25-27, 2015.

Besting her record last year from 35 hours to 28:22:48 hours, she won 4th place overall among 21 runners all over the Philippines.

Pura started running as a hobby and participated in some running events since 2013.

Pura added that “This opportunity is a blessing. I’ve always maintained a competing mindset.”

The 3rd Antique 100-mile and 50-mile Endurance Run is spearheaded by retired AFP Major General Jovenal D. Narcise.
