The Learning Resource Center has five (5) discussion rooms located at the third floor. These rooms serve as a venue for researchers to discuss and work together. It is intended for activities likely not to disturb the library function. The following are the guidelines for the use of discussion rooms:
- The discussion rooms are available for all bonafide students, faculty and staff of the University.
- Use of the room is limited to a minimum of 4users and a maximum of 6 to 8 users only. The group is allowed to use the room for a maximum of 2 hours and may extend subject to the room’s availability.
- Use of the rooms is on a first come first served basis.
- Reservation should be made two (2) days before the intended date of use at the Office of the LRC. The group is allowed only one reservation for a day.
The LRC reserves the right to cancel any activities that disruptive (loud conversation) of the LRC function.
