The University of St. La Salle Integrated School is a Catholic, co – educational private school administered by the La Salle Brothers and Lay Educators. As one of the Basic Education schools of the De La Salle Philippines ( DLSP ) , it commits itself to the Lasallian Mission of providing a humane and Christian education to the young, with the service of the poor as priority. Over the years, the Integrated School continues to be a Christ-centered basic education community rooted in the Gospel values and the charism of the Founder, St. John Baptist De La Salle. It commits to live the foundational values of “Faith, Zeal for Service and Communion in Mission “as it endeavors to ‘‘Teach Minds, Touch Hearts and Transform Lives” of the young entrusted to its care.
Today, 66 years after its founding, the Integrated School continues to do its tasks of providing a holistic Christian education to Negrense children particularly to those of Bacolod City. It has provided the city, province and region with the exceptional tradition of quality Catholic education through a nurturing community of competent and distinguished faculty and support staff.
As a Level II PAASCU accredited school, the Integrated School conscientiously works hard at improving itself to maintain and sustain the mark of academic excellence with a soul through a reasonably high standard of instruction, a well – developed mechanism for improving its curriculum, a creditable performance of its teachers through a strong faculty development program, a holistic student development program and a highly visible community extension program.
