- Upon completion of your complete admission requirements, you will receive
your admission card within 3-5 working days on your email or you may get it
from the Admission Office.

Applicants living or studying outside the Philippines with an Alien Status of
9a or 9f on their foreign passport, as defined by the Bureau of Immigration, are
considered International Students.
All international student applicants (both freshmen and transferees) are
required to submit a Letter of Intent to the University, either by sending an email to
the Admission and Scholarship Administration Office (ASAO) at heu.admission@usls.edu.ph
or through a written correspondence. Once the Letter of Intent is received, ASAO will
reply with instructions for the initial interview.
After receiving this response, the student-applicant may either: (1) request a
representative to collect the necessary requirements for College Admission and Visa
Application from ASAO, or (2) download the necessary forms from the email sent by ASAO.
A detailed list of requirements will be sent to the student-applicant's
email address for their reference.
