276 Lasallians Expected to Graduate on July 21
A total of 276 students from the University of St. La Salle are set to earn their degrees during the Graduation Rites for Class 2024 on July 21 at the St. La Salle Coliseum.
Initially planned for the College of Nursing, the ceremony will also include students from other colleges who were unable to participate in the June 2 commencement.
Degrees will be conferred to 267 candidates for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing; 4 for Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, 2 for Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management, 1 for Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, 1 for Bachelor of Science in Biology,and 1 for Bachelor in Psychology.
Among the 276 students, three will graduate Summa Cum Laude, 15 Magna Cum Laude, 52 Cum Laude, and sixteen with Alma Mater Awards.
The commencement speaker for the Graduation Rites will be Br. Michael Vincent Roli Paildan FSC, Chair of the College of Nursing at De La Salle Lipa and the Brother Advisor for Signum Fidei Philippines.
Paildan is pursuing a PhD in Nursing at USLS and holds a Master in Nursing with high academic honors from the same institution.
