CHED Grants a Renewed Full Autonomous Status to USLS
With the release of the CMO No. 12 s. 2019 last October 25 with the subject: Grant of Autonomous and Deregulated Status by Evaluation to Private Higher Education Institutions, USLS has once again maintained its full AUTONOMOUS Status, a distinction the university has been holding since 2001.
As defined in CMO No. 46, series of 2012: Autonomous HEIs (by Evaluation) are HEIs that “demonstrate exceptional institutional quality and enhancement through internal QA systems, and demonstrate excellent program outcomes through a high proportion of accredited programs, the presence of Centers of Excellence and/or Development, and/or international certification.”
