The University of St. La Salle College of Law acknowledges the need for accessible legal services within the community it serves and recognizes its duty to further develop and enhance the law students’ vital role in contributing to the administration of justice. Thus, the inclusion of a practical component to the current Juris Doctor law curriculum through practice-based learning under the Clinical Legal Education Program (“CLEP”) is sought to be introduced in this Academic Year 2021-2022.
Pursuant to A.M. No. 19-03-24-SC dated June 25, 2019 or the Revised Student Practice Rule under Rule 138-A, the integration of CLEP in the law school shall serve as an avenue for social change.
