USLS excels in Licensure Exams for Professional Teachers, produces 2 top-notchers in secondary level

The University of St. La Salle has achieved outstanding results in the March 2023 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers - producing two topnotchers in the Secondary Level, results released by the Professional Regulation Commission on May 19 showed.

Keana Marie Fernandez Bartolome secured the 4th spot with a remarkable score of 92.20 percent, while Venus Nicole Severino Jucal placed 9th with a rating of 91.20 percent.

USLS's success extended beyond individual achievements, as the University achieved an overall passing rate of 86.05% in the Secondary level, surpassing the national passing rate of 49.65%.

Among the first-time examinees from USLS, 95.71% successfully passed the Secondary level exam or 67 out of its 70 takers.

In the elementary level, USLS excelled with 27 out of 28 examinees passing the exam, resulting in an impressive passing rate of 96.43 percent. The national passing rate is at 40.77 percent.

USLS congratulates the topnotchers, all successful examinees, and the College of Education for their remarkable accomplishments.
