Due to heavy rains and flooding brought by Tropical Depression “Paeng” and pursuant to the announcement of the Bacolod City government suspending classes in all levels, there will be no Face to Face Classes today, October 27, 2022 (Thursday).
Furthermore, the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs has advised HEU faculty members and students to continue learning using asynchronous learning activities.
Meanwhile, offices in the University will continue to operate. Employees who are affected by the flood and have transport issues may file emergency leaves.
The University enjoins everyone to observe safety precautions.
