The Office of the Registrar is the repository of records pertaining to the academic performance and the academic requirements such as courses to be offered and number of units given to a subject in accordance with the requirements prescribed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Hence, the Office of the Registrar facilitates the registration or transfer of students, and certifies the eligibility of candidates for graduation and honor.
The University will fully transition to an online system for document requests starting Nov. 15, as announced by the Office of the University Registrar.
Alumni and current students can now effortlessly request documents such as Authentication, Certification, Diploma, and more through an easy-to-use online form.
This shift to a digital platform aims to enhance efficiency, providing a faster and more accessible document request process for the entire Lasallian community.
