The University of St. La Salle Higher Education Unit is pleased to announce that admissions the Second Semester of Academic Year 2023-2024 begins on November 20, 2023.

Please note that transferees will need to go through 3 important steps: (1) PRE-REGISTRATION, (2) ADMISSIONS, & (3) ENROLLMENT. The details of each step are outlined below for your reference.

Start of Classes is on January 17, 2024.

PRE-REGISTRATION:


APPLICANTS FOR NURSING

STEP 1: Create an AIMS account through: https://aims.usls.edu.ph/aims/applicants then click APPLY HERE (red button).

STEP 2: Pay the following Fee (non-refundable):

  • Admission Fee (P300)
  • Entrance Exam Fee (P210)
  • Nursing Aptitude Test (NAT) - P300 (Nursing applicants only)
     

You may pay these fees at the University Cashier or the authorized payment centers, such as:

  • MLhuillier (Name of student, ID number/AIMS Application Number) and purpose of payment
  • SM/Savemore (Account No: 6030100, Account Name: Student Name)
     

STEP 3: Wait for email from the Guidance & Evaluation Center (GEC) for the exam schedule and link.

STEP 4: Once test results (Entrance Exam and NAT) are released proceed to STEP 5 of your AIMS application and upload the corresponding documents needed for the Pre-Registration.

LIST OF PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS TO BE UPLOADED:

  • Transcript of Records (TOR)
  • Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal
  • NSO or PSA Birth Certificate
  • Entrance Exam Fee (P210)
  • Admission Fee Receipt (P 300)
  • Nursing Aptitude Test Receipt (P300)- for Nursing Applicants only
  • Entrance Exam Result
  • NAT Result- for Nursing Applicants only
  • Vaccination Card (proof of full vaccination - 1st and 2nd doses)- for Nursing Applicants only
  • HBsAg Result-for Nursing Applicants only


Transferees seeking Admission to the Nursing Program must meet the following cut-off scores for Pre-Registration and shall be admitted in the College of Nursing on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS until the 280 slots are filled.

All Subject Grades                                             83.00%
Entrance Exam Test                                           70% ile
NAT Score                                                          75% ile

STEP 5: You will receive an email confirmation once your Pre-registration is approved. You may proceed to admission once requirements are complete.


APPLICANTS FOR OTHER COURSES

STEP 1: Email your Transcript of Records (TOR) to heu.admission@usls.edu.ph for evaluation. You will receive an email confirmation from ASAO that you can now process your admission.

STEP 2: Create an AIMS account through: https://aims.usls.edu.ph/aims/applicants then click APPLY HERE (red button).

STEP 3: Pay the following Fee (non-refundable):

  • Admission Fee (P300)
  • Entrance Exam Fee (P210)
  • Nursing Aptitude Test (NAT)- P300 (Nursing applicants only)
     

You may pay these fees at the University Cashier or the authorized payment centers, such as:

ADMISSION STEPS FOR TRANSFEREES

STEP 1: Upload all additional admission requirements through your AIMS account.

ADDITIONAL TRANSFEREE ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS TO BE UPLOADED:

  • Signed Undertaking Form - get downloadable form here 
  • Medical Clearance from the University Clinic – submit the copy of the following to the clinic for clearance:
  1. Signed Physical Examination Form (to be accomplished outside USLS) – get downloadable form here
  2. Chest X-Ray Result (valid within 6 months prior to Admission Application)

TAKE NOTE: This should be submitted and sealed through a long white envelope or you may ask your Guidance Counselor or Homeroom Adviser to email directly the filled-up form to asao@usls.edu.ph.

  • Phil Health Card or Members Data Record (MDR) for Nursing Applicants Only
     

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF STUDENTS COMING FROM SCHOOLS ABROAD:

  • Grade Interpretation or Equivalence
  • Course Syllabus or Subject Description
  • Recommendation Form in Narratives
  • Foreign Passport and/or Philippine Passport 
  • Medical Insurance 
  • Certificate of Dual Citizen - for those declaring that they have dual citizenship
